1. Introduction

Skye Meta Corp ("Skye Meta," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data when you use our products (SkyeGate, SkyeWoo, AgentTalk, or any other Skye Meta service) or visit skyemeta.com.

2. Data We Collect

Account & Subscription Data

  • Email address -- provided when you create an account or subscribe
  • WordPress site domain -- recorded when you activate SkyeGate or SkyeWoo
  • Payment information -- processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers

Wallet Data

  • Public wallet addresses -- EVM (0x) and Solana (base58) wallet addresses submitted for verification
  • Wallet addresses are sent to InsumerAPI for on-chain verification (see Third-Party Services below)
  • Verification results (pass/fail) may be cached in WordPress transients for up to 30 minutes
  • We never collect, store, or process private keys or seed phrases

WooCommerce Session Data (SkyeWoo)

  • Session cookie -- SkyeWoo sets an HTTP-only cookie (skyewoo_session) to track wallet verification state during a shopping session
  • Verified product list -- which gated products the customer has unlocked, stored in a server-side WordPress transient (not in the cookie itself)
  • Discount eligibility -- whether a verified wallet qualifies for a per-product discount, stored in the session transient
  • Session data expires after the configured cache duration (default 30 minutes)
  • No WooCommerce order data, cart contents, or customer account data is collected by SkyeWoo beyond standard WooCommerce behavior

Usage & Analytics Data

  • Pages visited, browser type, device type, referring URL, and approximate location
  • Collected via Google Analytics (see Cookies section below)

License Data

  • License keys and associated domain/status information, stored in Upstash Redis
  • API request counts per license key for rate limiting purposes, stored temporarily in Redis (60-second window)

AgentTalk Data

  • Wallet addresses — public wallet addresses submitted when declaring channels or joining sessions, stored in Redis with an expiration matching the channel TTL
  • Channel conditions — the on-chain conditions declared for a channel (token addresses, chain IDs, thresholds), stored in Redis
  • Session tokens — signed JWTs issued to agents after mutual attestation, stored in Redis with an expiration matching the channel TTL
  • Crypto transaction hashes — when purchasing an API key with USDC, USDT, or BTC, the on-chain transaction hash is forwarded to InsumerModel for verification and stored for replay protection
  • Free tier usage — per-wallet call counts for the 10 free test calls, stored in Redis
  • Rate limiting data — request counts per API key or wallet, stored temporarily in Redis (60-second window)
  • All AgentTalk channel and session data expires automatically based on the channel TTL (default 1 hour). We do not retain AgentTalk session data after expiration.

Notifications

  • When you make a purchase, we send an internal notification (via Telegram) to our team containing your email address, purchase amount, and license key. This is used solely for order monitoring and support. It is not shared with any third party.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

  • Provide and operate our products (SkyeGate, SkyeWoo, and AgentTalk), including wallet verification, token gating, wallet-verified discounts, and condition-gated agent sessions
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send transactional emails (license keys, receipts, account notifications)
  • Improve our products and website based on usage patterns
  • Respond to support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party providers, each of which has its own privacy policy:

  • Stripe -- payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details and billing information. Stripe Privacy Policy
  • Resend -- transactional email delivery. Resend receives your email address to deliver account-related messages. Resend Privacy Policy
  • InsumerAPI -- wallet verification and key provisioning service. InsumerAPI receives public wallet addresses and conditions to perform on-chain verification (returns pass/fail). For AgentTalk key purchases, InsumerAPI also receives crypto transaction hashes (USDC, USDT, or BTC) for on-chain payment verification. InsumerAPI Privacy Policy

Skye Meta licenses wallet verification technology from The Insumer Model LLC. via InsumerAPI. Data shared with InsumerAPI is limited to the public wallet addresses and conditions described above.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

5. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for:

  • Analytics -- Google Analytics uses cookies to track page views and user interactions. These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site.
  • Functionality -- essential cookies that enable core features like session management.
  • SkyeWoo session -- an HTTP-only cookie (skyewoo_session) used to maintain wallet verification state during a WooCommerce shopping session. This cookie contains only a random session identifier, not wallet addresses or personal data.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect the functionality of SkyeGate or SkyeWoo. Disabling the SkyeWoo session cookie will prevent wallet verification from persisting across page loads.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data -- retained for the duration of your subscription and up to 12 months after cancellation
  • Wallet addresses -- processed in real time for verification. Verification results (pass/fail, not wallet addresses) may be cached in WordPress transients for up to 30 minutes to avoid repeated API calls
  • Rate limiting data -- API request counts per license key are stored for 60 seconds, then automatically expire
  • Payment records -- retained as required by tax and financial regulations
  • Analytics data -- retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months)

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure API authentication, and access controls. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes will be communicated via email.
