By accessing or using SkyeGate, SkyeWoo, or any services provided by Skye Meta Corp ("Skye Meta," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
SkyeGate is a WordPress plugin that enables token gating and wallet-based access control for website content. SkyeGate Lite (free) supports a single condition per gate. SkyeGate Pro supports multi-condition wallet policies (up to 10 conditions per gate). Both versions support multi-wallet connection (EVM and Solana) and server-side content protection.
SkyeWoo is a WooCommerce plugin that enables token-gated product access and wallet-verified discounts. It supports per-product gate conditions, automatic checkout discounts for verified wallets, and optional product hiding from the shop catalog.
AgentTalk is an API service that provides condition-gated sessions for AI agents. Agents declare on-chain conditions, verify wallet holdings via InsumerAPI attestation, and receive signed session tokens (JWTs). AgentTalk is accessed via API endpoints hosted on skyemeta.com.
Skye Meta licenses wallet verification technology from The Insumer Model LLC. SkyeGate and SkyeWoo use InsumerAPI for on-chain verification across 30 EVM blockchains and Solana. AgentTalk uses InsumerAPI for wallet attestation across the same blockchains. We do not collect, store, or process private keys.
Free tier (SkyeGate Lite): SkyeGate Lite is free to use on any WordPress site without a license key or subscription.
Pro tier (SkyeGate Pro, SkyeWoo): Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the applicable product on one WordPress site per license key. Each license key is locked to a single domain. Additional sites require separate subscriptions. SkyeGate Pro and SkyeWoo are licensed independently — each requires its own subscription.

SkyeGate and SkyeWoo are each available at $49 per month or $350 per year. Prices are in USD and may be updated with 30 days' notice. Each product is billed independently. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the selected interval. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
AgentTalk API keys are purchased with cryptocurrency on supported blockchains. Accepted currencies: USDC (USD Coin), USDT (Tether), and BTC (Bitcoin). To purchase a key, you send the accepted currency to the designated payment wallet and submit the transaction hash to our key provisioning endpoint.
Supported payment chains for USDC and USDT: Ethereum, Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, BNB Chain, and Solana. BTC payments are accepted on the Bitcoin network and require one network confirmation before credits are issued. BTC amounts are converted to USD at the market rate at the time of confirmation.
Crypto sent on unsupported chains or to the wrong address cannot be recovered. All crypto purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Credits are calculated based on the USD value at the time of purchase: $5–$99 = 25 credits per dollar, $100–$499 = 33 credits per dollar, $500+ = 50 credits per dollar. Minimum purchase: $5 equivalent. Each attestation consumes 1 credit. API keys expire 30 days after purchase.
AgentTalk also provides 10 free test attestation calls per agent wallet. Free calls do not require an API key or payment.
All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies to both Stripe subscriptions (SkyeGate, SkyeWoo) and crypto purchases (AgentTalk). Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible on-chain — once confirmed, the transfer cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by Skye Meta or any third party. You are solely responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet on a supported chain.
For SkyeGate and SkyeWoo, you may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your license is deactivated and the plugin will stop functioning.
AgentTalk API keys cannot be cancelled. Credits remain available until the key expires (30 days from purchase) or credits are exhausted, whichever comes first.
Each license key is locked to the domain where it is first activated. To move your license to a different domain, deactivate it in the plugin settings first, then reactivate on the new domain. Only one domain may be active per license key at any time.
SkyeGate & SkyeWoo: API verification requests are rate-limited to 60 requests per minute per license key.
AgentTalk: Channel declaration and join requests are rate-limited to 30 requests per minute per API key. Session verification requests are rate-limited to 60 requests per minute per session. Key purchase requests are rate-limited to 10 requests per minute per transaction hash.
If you exceed these limits, requests will be temporarily rejected with a 429 status code. Normal usage is well within these limits. If you have a use case that requires higher throughput, contact us.
All rights, title, and interest in SkyeGate, SkyeWoo, AgentTalk, and related software, including code, design, documentation, and trademarks, remain the property of Skye Meta Corp. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Certain technology underlying our products is licensed from The Insumer Model LLC and is the subject of one or more United States patent-pending applications, including Application No. 19/573,671. Your use of our products does not grant any license, express or implied, to any underlying intellectual property of Skye Meta Corp or The Insumer Model LLC beyond the right to use the products as described in these Terms.
Content you create or gate using our products remains yours. We claim no ownership over your content or your WooCommerce products.
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Wallet-verified discounts applied by SkyeWoo are subject to on-chain verification accuracy — Skye Meta is not liable for discounts applied or denied due to blockchain state changes. AgentTalk session tokens are issued based on on-chain state at the time of attestation — Skye Meta is not liable for sessions that become invalid due to subsequent on-chain activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skye Meta Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Skye Meta Corp harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the service or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the applicable plugin ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
