Skye Meta Corp ("Skye Meta," "we," "us") respects the rights of copyright owners and expects the people who use Bothy (including the Bothy Pass and Bothy Scanner), SkyeGate, SkyeWoo, Skye Recognition for Shopify, SkyeProfile, SkyeSkiff and skyemeta.com to do the same. Some of our services host and display material that customers provide, such as a community's name and the logo it uploads for its Bothy pass, which appear on the pass, at participating stores and in our directory. We respond to notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).
Send notices of claimed infringement to our designated agent:

Our designation is listed in the U.S. Copyright Office's DMCA Designated Agent Directory under Skye Meta Corp, with the alternate names Bothy, SkyeGate, SkyeWoo, SkyeSkiff, SkyeProfile, Skye Recognition and skyemeta. This address is for copyright notices only; for anything else, see our contact page.
To be effective, your notice must be in writing and include:
When we receive a notice that meets these requirements, we act promptly to remove or disable access to the material and let the customer who provided it know. A community's logo is not written to the blockchain, so we can remove it from everything we host and display. A community's name is written to the blockchain when its pass is created and cannot be erased there, but we can stop displaying it, and the community can reissue its pass under another name.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
If material you provided was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send our designated agent a counter-notice that includes:
We forward a valid counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we restore the material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or end the accounts, licenses and communities of customers who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
